Reliance Communications — Shameless thick skinned fellows / blood sucking breasts

I also have 2 complaints which I posted sometime back. I think the people sitting there are shameless thick skinned fellows who feel that let the customers go to hell with their complaints our job is just to collect money. Have you all ever seen this kind of grave attitude with any other people. If it had been their money, they would take maximum care and see that they don't spend any money unnecessarily but now it is others' money only know. All the customers are minting money and they are having money tree so they can spend their money worthlessly by taking all kinds of connections from Reliance.

Having this many unresolved customer complaints and still asking the customers to pay the amounts and torturing them by calling up during their prime time through their collection agents will this attitude change or will they go to any further inhuman extent? If this kind of their attitude continues, I really pity their family members, they will show only this kind of attitude to even their family members.

Reliance Prepaid — money suckers

This is about recharge for the services and deduction without any calls.
An E recharge of rs. 100 was made on 7/6/2008 at 1:01 PM and there after the balance which should be rs. 86 gone to 64 automatically and then to 33 and that too without any calls.

customer service is of no use and they have no details . they deny saying that there are some services for which it is registered. No body activated that. It is so embarrassing .


They are making fools of many of the customers and no body is going to bother cause the amount is not such huge. ( Only company must be knowing the true figures. )

Dear Sir/Madam,

I, Chintan Raval, Wanted to complaint regarding your services.
I am using reliance prepaid card with number[protected] from very
long time but haven't faced such a weird problem till now.

Till morning of date 15th Feb, 2010 . I have balance of more then Rs.
150/-, I don't know where did your peoples had deducted that balance
and on date 16th Feb, 2010 around 3.30, I got one message from your
Customer care that my balance is Rs. 14/-, so please recharge. After
which i haven't called or messaged a single person from that number,
but when I check my balance again at 5, Its showing me Rs. 0.27/-, So
can you just explain how it got deducted automatically from my account
without any call or SMS? and The main question is When I am asking
about the details about that deduction I m getting same answer from
your customer care executives and supervisors that it will be updated
in some time so call us after half an hour, Today its almost 2 days
are passed and I am still without any details. How is your system is
working?

The amount of Rs. 150 /- may not be that bigger in today's world, and
I agree with that, But my point is not for Rs 150/-, I just wanted to
know where did your system deducted my balance ? I just wanted to know
the reason behind it. It may be possible that I am wrong, Or it may be
possible that the mistake is from my cell, But your Customer care
peoples should give me the reason for that. That is my right to know
about the details of my account.


I had called more then 15 times to customer care of Reliance CDMA
Prepaid customer care, But still the result of my efforts are ZERO.

Please Help me. Please do the needful As soon as possible.
