reliance services cuts my balance whenever i recharge my prepaid account.they cut my balance by activating some packs without informing me and when i talk to customer care service they told me that you have activated the packs but i didn't activated it
i discarded by reliance customer care.he used abuse words with me. he gave me gali.i complained three times.but no one had solved my complaints.

RELIANCE MOBILE IS WORSEN SERVICE EVER I USED
EVERYDAY THEY DEDUCT RS10 FROM MY PREPAID CONNECTION.I CALLED HUNDRED TIMES TO CUSTOMER CARE ( ON*333) BUT THERE IS NO ONE WHO CAN HELP ME. THEY EVEN USE ABUSIVE LANGUAGE TO US . THEY NEVER TOLD WHY THEY DEDUCTING MY BALANCE.

My Relaince Mobile No.[protected] subsriced with astrology & caller tune with out any request and deducted its charge, when I talk this matter to custmer care, he told me that I subscribed the astrology & coller tune, but I very much sure that I did not suscribe any Astrology or caller tune. So how can I solve thish matter.

I M USING A POSTPAID CONNECTION AND I M DONT KNOW MY BALANCE,

Main relience ka phone use karta hoon pichle 4 saal se...jiska number hain [protected]............maine 07/03/2010 ko relience main caller tune ke liye message kiya to unhone mere phone se 43 rupee balance dedect kar liya aur caller tune nahil lagai main costomer care se baat ke to unhone mere ko 48 hours ka time diya...........maine 48 hours baad call ke tab phir unhone mere ko 48 hours ka time de diya bole hum kar nahi paaye abhi laga daange......................48 hours ho gaye......maine call nahi kiya phir 24 hours baad maine call kiya to wo mere ko bole hum abhi 2 minute main laga rahe hain..............tab se regular jab bhi main unko call karta hhoon wo mere ko 2 minute ka time de date hain aur caller tune abhi tak nahi lagai.................maine kal unko kahan ke main consumer court main ja raha hoon, to wo bole jo karna hain kar lo

Reliance Smart — wrong detection of main balance

my no. is [protected](Reliance SMART,West Bengal)
this time i am in roaming area(in U. P. West)
my complain is that 25 Rs. SMS card is available in my mobile but on 11 & 16 April company cut my main balance(9Rs. & 19Rs.).
But when I'm calling on customer care than no one gave me satisfy answer
so please take action on this mistake at this company and say to company for give me refund....

I have a reliance mobile no.is [protected].Sir 28 feb V music service is automatic start and 10 ru Are detectet And i call to reliance Coustomre Care 10 rupe are refund .and after sam tme time 10 ru detectet 31 jan i call coustemer care service request no is[protected].my bal not refund and i recive msg your SR.No.[protected] v music pak has been deactivated.7 feb my balance is 10 detect .i hate reliance ...............thanks Sir plz suggest.

Every week my account balance Detection automatically; and i ask customer care they don't give any type of answer and said to me i don't know anything. What can I do for this type of behavior, I think I block my no and use another service. I request u please give me the right judgment, close this company Please plz plzzz……. thanksss

Hello, sir main reliance ka user hu.sir yeh company anytime mera balance detect kar deti h.or jab bhi custmer care par phone lagata hu. To koi sahi responce nahi milta h.apse bhi req. Kar raha hu.par mujhe pata h.iska bhi koi sence nahi nikalne wala h.plz sir ho sake to meri problem solve kare.thank you.
