Hi,
I activated my no [protected] aprroximetaly 2 months before...right now my outstanding amount 671.00 for last two invoices... I have lots of complaints such as...
(1)My o/g & I/c Service has been barred...Without any bill sent @ my mailing address.. or on my email address..I received a call before a moth for my first invoice fm MAYUR(an outbound agent asking for bill) I requusted to him to send in bill Which i still not received lwant to esclate this to the higher management...
(2)I am unable to call customer care from 1st day..wanted to activate many vas services like MISSED CALL ALERT services..gprs.. callerd tunes ...etc.
tried many options to get in touch with cusomer care...such as *222#...Billed & unbilled info to 54321 or 51234..lots of L/L nos dialed & got connected with prepaid customer care...each time ...
(3)While dialing this no 9595...Almost 60% of my family, friends are unable to connect in 1 try(they all have different service operators, , , & differnt error msgs such as plz check the no. this no does not exist, ,
) Can you just look after this query..?
(4)While dialing any no fluction is their so u can check my call history many of my call dropped before 1 or 2 minutes tried no i different mobiels..
(5) Getting lots of disrtibutors msgs for varoius prepaid schemesfm reliance.. which is a real hedeache for me...can you stop those eritating massages for me..?
(6)I am very annoyed with the front office agents behaviour with me.. When i went to pay my first bill @ ChavanNagar Relainace communication(satara road, pune43)..The manager asked me why i had Reliance rather than any other service operator because this service needs to upgrade...& that might take 12 to 18 months which is quiet long..Is their any fact..So would like to dosconnect my no on immediate effect..Can u help me with the procedure..?
& if you can help me with above mentioned issues that will be a Long Relief for me..i can pay the bill whichever i have used Beacuse the second invoice was genrated after barring my o/g services..& I/c I was struggling to contact with you..So my Humble request is to you to call me on my friends no [protected] (rohit chavan) & if it is possible You can release my I/C & o/g Services..
& I really want to be with reliance for long...
I would appreciate if you reply me back As Soon As Possible..
