Reliance USB Modem — not working well

hi i have bought rel usb modem .before three it is working properly but now it is not connected.trying again n again it connect pls solve my problem

I purchased new go data card, bur when i insert the sim in usb modem, & click on connect icon, it shows the error that MIN is out of range, insert valid min. Is it problem of SIM or modem.

Don't play games with your coustamers who believe you.

ZTE1x — Internet not connected

I have purchsed ZTE 1x Prepaid - No [protected] from reliance world Phagwara- Punjab. First few days it worked ok but after that internet did not connect. It is now 7 th day that internet can not be connected giving error of " remote computer does not support... " The same complaint is being given to the store everyday but the only excuse is given the SYSTEM PROBLEM Instead of solving it. I am fed up and request the concerned authorities to atleast listen and solve the problem immidiately

bloody ambani. The people cheated me by promising the speed etc about their usb modem. but truly it sucks. either it is retail or internet, don't go after bloody ambanis. they are the fraudelant people india ever produced

reliance usb mobem is not getting recognised by my pc. it is showing a msg 'usb is not recognised'. tell me what all i can do to solve this problem

I bough zte reliece modem from jehanabad (bihar). I installed and throught it not opening web page.
i consulted again and again to our local office as well as custmer care center.but nobady taking any
response. Tell me now what to do and take n/a by your end.other wise i will have to take legal action
at the end.

I bought zte reliance modem rom Aheri tahasil of Gadchiroli District of Mahaqashtra state . It is installed and working properly in first month but now i connect zte dialer to my Computer, computer is shunting down no display conection of zte modem I can try several tims but it is not perform.

ZTE — less speed

i am not getting a proper speed as mentioned by u.... u people said its 2.4mbps but i get only 50 to 400kbps and not more than that............. kindly rectify it

i have got a zte modem for 3640/- on jan 5th 2010, i am not getting 2.4mbps instead i am getting only 200kbps approx. so i request u to kindly check it and make a solution to my problem..... chennai(ambattur)

i bought reliance netconnect highspeed 1x zte mg800+.on 30 april 2010. most of the time its speed is 23kbps. but u said it`s speed to be 150kbps. why u cheat customers.it may force us to take legal action.

Hello i'm a Reliance NETCONNECT high speed 1x. i am use ZTE AC8720 its speed 153.6kbps but its actual speed is just 9.8kbps.so why can buy other production in future. Rahul from west Bengal
