[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Migration from postpaid to prepaid pending since 2 months

I am following up since last 1 1/2 months 2 get my fwp no [protected] converted from post paid to prepaid.

In the process i have paid outstanding amt 3 times bcos everytime there is some delay on yr part & some amt becomes outstanding. See details below.

Complaints have been lodged at webworlds several times & called up *222 various times. I am really fed up regarding this small issue. can u let me know this is how the customers are treated after u sell a connection???
