Reliance Communications — NOT RECHARGING OLD SCHEME OF RS.525/-

Dear Sir,

We had taken Reliance landline a year ago. At that timethey had come out with a Scheme of Rs.525- easy recharge per month under which any calls made to reliance whether STD or local all shall be free.But now when I am trying to get it recharged in the month of July, 2009 they are not recharging it saying that you have to get it recharged again before the expiry of validity.We had not received any such intimation earlier.How is it possible to recharge agin before the expiry of the validity.The customer care executive also did not responded to the problem nicely.

There should be strict rules for everything to be in written and not oral.
