[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Unused excess Billing Charges for Incoming Call in Home Network

Respected Sir,
I my self Purushottam Agrawal from Nagpur writing u this letter to complaint about very big mistaken done by Reliance Communication Mobile Phone Company..

Sir last 2 years se main reliance company ka mobile use kar raha hu..

Tariff Plan Name : RIO129 (i.e.) 129 Rs. per month billing Postpaid Plan
Which has a Credit Limit Per Month is Rs. 1400/- only
whereas my last bill is of Rs. 3322.01 amount and this amount is just for incomming calls as per reliance i didn't make a single outgoing call the full month

yeha jo bill amount hume charge kiya gaya hai iske bare me humne Reliance Customer Care se hammare Bill ki Detail Copy bhi mangaya hai jisme ye mention kiya gaya hai ki aapko jankar hairani hogi ye humme incomming call aane ki vajaha se charges 3072.00 Rs.ka wo bhi time period is only at Night of Date[protected] Time 12:58 p.m. se lekar second day Morning date[protected] time 10:43 a.m. tak ka 1 Rs. / Call charge kiya gay hai Total Incomming Calls are 30072 call.
aur phir morning 10:47 am dt.[protected] ko hamari Outgoing Facility deactivet kardiya gaya..

Now Problem is that : ki jab bhi hum reliance ke customercare me *222 or *333 pe call kar complaint darj kare toe humme reply me Aashwan ke siva or time ke siva aaj tak hammara problem solve nahi kiya hai.. but hum agar voice call karke complaint karte hai toe bhi hammare pass iska koi saboot (proof) nahi rahata.. unhone kaha pehle aap pura billing amount jama karado or phir next bill me aap ko return kar diya jayega.. per ye kaha ka insaf hai ki pehle aap excess billing kardo or customer ka phone bhi kaat do even customer care calling bhi.. or phir customer ko kahe ki aap apne nazdiki webworld me jaa ke contact karo.. or phir vaha jane pe aapko kaha jata hai ki aabhi Server kam nahi kar raha hai ya aap 1-2 hours me aajao ya phir kal next day aajaiye...
but next day jane pe kaha jata hai aap ka problem yaha se solve nahi kiya ja sakta aap *333 pe contact kare ya full amount payment kare...

Sir i am very tried hogaya hu.. kya kya likhu or kya kya nahi kuch samaj me nahi aaraha hai.. kaha jaye Lawyer ki salaha le toe uski bhi fees mere bill ammount se kam thodehi hogi.. or consumer court toe yaha kuch aata pata hi nahi hai.. bus mere paas yahi ek option raha gaya hai ki aap meri kuch help kare is problem ko solve karwa dijiye

Sir please please aap hi sochiye Rs. 129/- ke plan use karne wale ko agar ek hi din ka bill Rs. 3316.00/- ka or vo bhi bina use ka chukane ke liye company majbur kare toe uspe kya bitegi .. so sir please help
