Reliance Communications — Poor Customer Service

Very Poor service by the company
I am a new customer with Reliance Broadnet and I have already applied for a disconnection. i signed up with Reliance Broadnet when one of their salesman came to my house and convinced me for taking up reliance as my ISp. Since I was using a MTNL night unlimited connection, he convinced me to go for full unlimited plan with 75kbps speed and said that installation would be completed within a week. Since they were providing connections through optical fibre, I assumed it should be reliable service. But, I didn't knew that my ordeal had just started.
First it took a complete month for them to setup my internet connection. The technical people who were constantly coming into my house didn't knew a thing about broadband. They seemed like they were trainees who were sent out to experiment on our lines. And to my dismay, ultimately, after 1 month, it was found that the modem they had sent was faulty. So on 21st April my services started.
After 21st the service was on/off for a week, as for 2 different days I didn't had any internet or phone line. And eventually after a week the phone went down completely and has never came back since. I kept on calling there cust service each and every day and the issue was escalated everyday but nothing was done. I even mailed there Delhi Head. There techies did come to my house 3 times but to no avail. And the irony is that each and every person from reliance who visited my place blames reliance for poor service not understanding that they were part of the same company. So for the 25 days I have been with Reliance, I have just got the service for 2 or 3 days and now have applied for termination.
To end this, I would advise each and every person who reads this that never go for reliance for broadband.

I have reliance mobile with Netconnect Plan SWIFT 30 since 2006. I'm from Bengaluru. When i first got the net connection, service was very good i.e. a person from the webworld came home and gave connection to my desktop. But, when i got a laptop and went myself to the webworld for installation of netconnection to the webworld in 2007, in Rajkumar Road, the response was very bad and they did not do it and i got it done in a Cybercafe. Then, once in Chickamagaluru in 2008 because of some problem in laptop, i had to reformat it. So, when i went to webworld there they did not instal the netconnection. Now recenlty, today as my desktop was reformated due to some software problem, i myself carried my CPU to the Malleswaram Webword in Bengaluru, where a person took 3 hrs to instal the netconnection but it was not done completely. He said "server down". Then when i called customer care, the response is very bad. Finally, i got it installed after calling customer care 5 times. If this is the service you provide for somebody who has not defaulted once in 3 years of your mobile connection, i cannot understand where i should go for installation for netconnection. Just because your's a big company or something, you give such bad service and way they respond to our problems in your customer care and webworld, it appears as if i'm begging for your services and your giving all this services for free. Remember, your company is not ruling our country and your boss is not a dictator although, he might be a billionare. If your company continues to give the same service, i can always go to another service provider but why the hell i'm paying bills all these days without failure.

Hamane relience ka landlin postpaid connection(FWP) liya tha . My phone number is[protected] wo hamane 2 yaers use kiya then due to my father transfer we surrender(close) that connection in february 2007 but until now we not get security deposite of our telephone it is about 1000 rs.
Hamane all bill paid kiye he. there is no outstanding amount.
We contact with Relience Web World, KARAD but they cant give any answer.

Relience Web World, KARAD told us that they are not responible for our security deposite.
dont come here. Go to the company .

This is heights of Reliance communications. im trying to activate GRPS since 2 months and the response is so poor by the customer service, they are like sir today your GRPS will be activated and you'll get settings but its limit. They are very lazy in there promises. I[censored] cant fullfill your customers problems then Why the [censored] you add so many offers and promises to the customers. i have nearly a friend circle of 20 peoples we all use reliance but its so cold reply from your services that we all have to change our mind. RELIANCE IS NOT A COMPANY TO BE TRUST now the service executive are so irritating in future ill advice people to avoid RELIANCE cos only there name is big rest all there services sucks.
You are not breaking your one customer now its time to teach you people a good lesson. THNKS FOR YOUR SO CALLED [censored]ING SERVICE. KEEP YOUR SERVICES AND PROMISES WITH YOU.
this is my second complaint and i am doing this just because of poor customer service of reliance. regarding my previous complaint of termination of my sim no.[protected] withoutl any intimation, reliance customer care not showing satisfactory attitude toward my problem and complaint .
they just called me one time, after that the executive asked for some time to solve the problem bt almost 48 hours were passed away bt still no official call from reliance .

I am writing here just becuase i want to know the exact reason behind my sim card termination and i want re activation of the same .
