Reliance Communications — Lots o[censored]nwanted ofer calls & messages

Dear Sir,
To day, (March 20, 2009), I got a SMS in my mabile ([protected]) from the number 52345 stating that, "requested tune has been set successfully". I surprised because I did not request any where to set any tune in my mobile. I called to customer service center ([protected]) and asked about it. the customer care executive replied in rude manner ' you only requested to do so'. And he added, I can unsubscribe by sending a massage 'unsubct' to them. Other wise it would be chargible.
But sir, My question is
Why have they sent this tune with out my concent?
Why would I send this type of massage?
How can I let them know that, I did not send it and I must not be chargeable.

My name is Amit Sinha, from Delhii, Sir I used the the reliance Service since last five years.But I am not satisfied with his service.The Company gives daily a number o[censored]nwanted calls and messages to my number day and night.When I want to register a complaint against all these to the customer care number.But his Customer Care number is always going busy and busy and busy.I never Connect to the customer care number for last two month.So I tell you my Problem.
I request you to please take some Strict actions against him. and ordered him to prevent all these unwanted calls and messages. My number is [protected].I wait for your action against him.

My name is Antony Crispin, from Bangalore, Sir Iam using the reliance Service since last two years.But I am not satisfied with the service.The Company gives daily a number o[censored]nwanted calls and messages to my number day and night.When I want to register a complaint against all these to the customer care number.But his Customer Care number is always going busy or if connected they say this service cannot be deactivated.since last two month iam trying to getrid of this problem .This is disturbing me alot especially when iam on roaming, iam using this phone connection as my official number also.So i request you sir to please take some Strict actions against this, and rectify this problem for me or else i'll be forced to switch to some other network. My number is [protected].Hope u will do the needful for rectifying this problem.
