[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Cheating - MNP & 3G sim card

I am using the Reliance CDMA connection for the last 8 years. I have made an application for Mobile Number Portability (Mob no: [protected]) from Reliance CDMA prepaid to Reliance GSM prepaid connection on 6th April 2013 at Reliance World, Sion Circle, Mumbai. I had asked for a 2G prepaid sim card but i was given a 3G postpaid sim card (no[protected] saying that this is a blank sim card and 2G prepaid internet plans will work on this sim card. Today (8th April 2013) i called the reliance customer care on 198 to verify the same, the customer care executive told me that 2G internet plans cannot be activated on a 3G sim card. I feel cheated today and want clarification from Reliance Mobile on the above issue. Also if this is true i want a 2G GSM sim card activated with my original no asap.

Reliance Mobile — Cheating the customer

I am a Customer of reliance india mobile, My no. is[protected]
my terif plan is Rs. 551 per month with 450 free calls.
I was Paying my Reliance bills from last five years. But before five months
they suddenly sent me bill of 1083 Rs. and add some 450 Rs. of internet charges, They also done it in the next bill. after this I did Not pay bill, after one month they called me and asked for Paying bill, after some arguments they agreed for satelment in 1000 Rs., Finaly they sent thair executive and i paid 1000 Rs and filled the termination form. but after one month of this they again send me a bill of Rs 1250, and also sent me notice of Court . So Finaly Reliance is Cheating the Customers
They do False Comitments

This has ref. to the above mentioned subject, I have not activated any VALUE ADDED SERVICE from my mobile number and in this month bill I found that i am charged with RS. 486.00 towards VAS. This servic I have not conveyed or SMS or verbal or written to your company or your services. Eventhough I was charged by you RS.486.00 towards theVAS facility. If you refer my usage of the mobile, it is on and avergae RS. 320.00 per month. And this time I was charged heavily by your company. Hence I am requesting you kindly look into the matter and do needful. Till the time I am not making the payment of this bill. regards, vikrant shah

Reliance Mobile — CHEAT

I took plan of RS-299 on 10th oct'2010 for 30 days (10/10/2010 to 09/10/2010) in winch i am given 30 Minuts for other mobile and free with in reliance to reliance but company has stoped validity on 07/10/2010 and start charging for all calls. They are not providing me solution neither riemburs my amount..

Reliance — cheating on mobile

they cheated by blocking phonr despite balance recherged within 15 days and with life time incoming connection of 4 yrs old
they cited absurd reasons after submitting complint in consumer cort
consumer court did nothing and reliance could managed to loot further rs 100 to restart my phone after 2 months of disturbace what o learnt- pay what relaince ask, otherwise no chance, no law, no help in this country

Reliance Mobile — Cheating Customer with their prepaid plans

This is Sushil from bangalore, and the issue is that,
On 4thJan-2012 I have recharged for 599 plan which is all India unlimited Reliance to Reliance, and after recharge got the message "Account recharged with All India R-R unltd,any other 30min/day"
And today[protected] my all balance got deducted while talking to reliance network only.

Regarding this I called 4 times to customer care ,speak to their manager and send emails also ,and they are telling that the plan got changed from last month,but I didnt get such information.
I asked them to log a complain regarding this but they didn't log any complain.
As the message I got after recharge clearly telling that I have recharged for All India Unlimited plan .

Please look into this and assist me
