Now a days reliance company is doing his mercy on mobile numbers.
They are deduct balance from mobile and when we are calling to costumer cear they are saying that you have activate that pack your self so there is no way to return money such a case is happen with many numbers some one are such that [protected], [protected] ,. please take a action about that.

These people making their customer unhappy.Whenever they want they deduct certain amount from the balance.And when call on customer service they just say "sorry next time it wont happen,but no refund this time".What they really want?In last 10 days they deducted Rs. 30 from my account for 2 or 3 different services,which i never subscribed and never got any sms of subscription.
What should i do??Thinking to change the operator,best option

i was complent last 4 months and i couldent satisfy u services
when i done my daily recharge than everyday deduct my balance o[censored]nknown services
u u dont provide service so cut of my connection
and when i m calling cust. care than they reply me and services is running but i dont activate any other services in my mobile and they told me give me my deducted balance but they r not sending my balance
and everyday i disturb u r like stupid behavior so plz take it action fast as i wish

My name is RITESH KUMAR I am using a sim of GSM my cell no. is [protected] .This is my complaint regarding Reliance that is it is not the first time when a service activated in my cell without my wish , and , always my balance is reduce by some amount whenever I complained
Then sometime I got reply like “sorry SIR I will return back your money” and sometime I got msg like “ sorry sir may be its your fault or may be of system fault”. It is not only my problem ,no. of persons have such problems .

Reliance Mobile GSM communication service deducted rs 30 from my balance my no is [protected] they said I have subscribed for caller tune service that’s why they deducted rs 30 from my balance but they have no answer who subscribed for this caller tune service. Earlier one month ago they did the same thing but at that time they refunded rs 30. Now they are saying they can’t refund more then once.
First who given the permission to deduct 30 rs , in any case if they deducted by mistake then why they are not refunding my money.
Its really looking cheep.
Moreover its many time happened they activated caller tune service with out any user’s permission and deducted the balance.
Please look into this issue. Its not only happened with me it’s a common problem.
