i recharg last mnth 3july 1p sms pack 3 july is close date ur compny extnd it for 5 days on 3 aug with detection of balance3.10p 8 is closing date.they not colse it and not any msg me on 8 aug fr dectivation 9aug i rechrge50&19rs.thn at nght they msg me fr dectivting but me rechrge fr 1p why i close this if i close this my 19rs cut out.tday thy cut my 19rs again fr tht servce .i thng ur compny not want tht anybdy use ur servce i thng u have lots of margin.and u not thng thts customr satisfaction is must.my mob. no [protected] . my email id er.[protected]@gmail.com

I am a reliance prepaid customer. My no.is [protected], I was getting lot o[censored]nnecessary promotion calls from reliance. i requested before but till now its not working So i requested them to activate DO NOT DISTURB SERVICE in my mobile Now they are disturbing me continuosly all through the day by calling and sending promotional sms'es(Automated calling for promotions). I am really fed up with these calls &sms as it starts from morning 8'o clock till evening 8'o clock. During roaming also they used to call and disturb. I dont know whom do i need to contact to get rid of these junk calls.

GSM PRE-PAID — WRONG DETECTION

I am a Soft ware Er. in pune city.1st of all thanks for providing communication facility to us & this online complaint system, these is best for those people haven't time to go at head offices like me.
The problem is that with in a week 2nd time wrong detection was done from prepaid GSM mobile number. 1st time it was refunded by your site but this time they doesn't forward my complaint to technical team. I talked to execute "Ms. Jyoti " & Sr. execute "Ms. Manasi" at 198 facility.She said, I activated any service but i haven't active any facility at mine number. Here one question is arising that no any problem with any another network provider in maximum case this is happens with reliance(MP ho ya MH). I am also a technical person.Should i think to closed reliance facilities?.
So please solve this inconvenience & refund me.Following info related to complaint:-

dear guys,reliance gsm service providers are deducting balances without intemation to the customer that you request that service.They activating different services like daily news,caller tune and deducting balances.If a customer calls to customer care and complain,they are saying that you have to complain within 2 (or) 3 days and not crediting the amount.This happen to many of my friends .Be aware of this frauds by Reliance GSM sims

Inspite the many requested to reliance pre-paid customer care to stoppage the unnecessary secheme activate on my cell due to which every month amount has been deducted in my account.

Reliance customer care only listen the complains but not to resolve so that I am very dispaointed to Reliance sevice.

My money should be back into my account which was unnecessary deduct from my account (without any confirmation)

Reliance GSM — Detected my balance

My cell num is [protected].after last week caller tone is activate in my cell number,which i dont any request for activate,i requested for deactivate the caller tone,after that caller tone is deactivate but i dont get my balance.but its again mistake in yesterday night.so i want to get my balance otherwise i will go to consumer court.

reliance network from 4-5 month deducts money from my mobile whose number is [protected] ant till now i think it has deducted approx rs 180 from my account and when ever i call the customer care they say "now is a technical problem call after sometimes" and when i call after that time they say it is activated by me and it cant be refunded and they also say that three days are over and they cant help in refunding it

so i request you to take some strict action against reliance so a poor people cant suffer

i m reliance gsm consumer. i have a complian against company for deducting acount balance without making any request from my side. company activated many service on mobile and deduct balance. its happen four time in week and when i call care centre they assure me that it will not happen next time but result is same. my number is [protected].they talk me like a uncivilian it happen many time. i want a permanent solution otherwise i will have to go consumer court. its just my moral duty to inform to u that i m ur responsible custmer i dont want to go court on that node but it is enought now. please assuer me and take a apporiate action that it will not happen next time. thanks

Reliance GSM — detection of money

hi i am gulraiz alam and my mobile no. is [protected] my complaint is that from the last few weaks realiance componey detected money 5Rs. and more but then i am calling costomer care exacutive they do not reply sufficient they activate a service vedio voge and others but dont deactivate this service when i ask about this they never give me answer..........

Reliance — always detect my money from my reliance gsm without my use

IN my reliance gsm number always detect 40-50 rs in 1 0r 2 month without m use,when i call in cutmer care then 1st they mostly not pick call if they pick when i call many more time and thier always reply is ..this service is activate in your number..etc..and when thn whole day i dnt use this number..its very irritrating for me always..and i complaint to this company ..tht i[censored] cant provide better service then why you sell this your custmer.plz investigate this problem..do tension free your custmer.

My phone number is [protected] this number is related to reliance gsm prepaid company .I am totally frustrated by the reliance prepaid GSM services because Every day My Balance is detected by this company cause o[censored]nknown reason.
i never accepted any other services from my side by which this company could detect any charges from my balance.I try to contact my times from last two weeks approximately per-day to this company customer care service center but there is only one answer that is "technical updation" and detect my balance day by day.
please solve my problem. It totally mentally Disturb me.
