Reliance Communications — Deducting unnecessary charges | |||
I am reliance user, i have Almost 5 complaints number but still they are not providing me the right solutions. Below are my Mail which i have sent on their mail "[protected]@relianceada.com" on dated[protected], earlier i have also sent mail on dated[protected] Complaint number[protected] Dear Customer Care, Still I haven't received any reply from Your side . And again continuous i am calling to Your customer care, but issue doesn't resolved. From the past 15 day's i have Called you on regular basis.Each and Every time Your executive told me We have unsubscribed your VAS Saragama WAP, but on daily basis my Account got deducted INR 5.00. and again i have to call Customer care to waive off. Is this your business to deal with Customer. I have another Complaint Number:- [protected] on Dated[protected] [protected] on Dated[protected] [protected] on dated[protected] and on[protected] You have Also Deducted INR 5 from my account VAS Saragama WAP time 20:57:18 On[protected] You have Deducted 2 times INR 5 from My balance for Service VAS Saragama WAP time 17:04:53 Kindly take Serious Action on my Above request.
