Reliance Communications — deduction for whatsapp pack of Rs 16 for feb & mar13.

Good morning sir, I have a mobile connection of yr company, no. is [protected]. I m using it since long. In Feb. and March 2013 Rs 16 per month has been deducted from my balance. Previously it was also deducted in the month of Dec`12 and Jan`13 which was refunded to me after complain. But in the case of Feb. and March there is no response. Pl look into the matter and take necessary action.
