Reliance GSM — DEDUCTION OF BALANCE

THEY DEDUCTED 20 BUCKS FROM MY ACCOUNT BALANCE,
WHEN I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE, THEY TOLD ME THAT A MANTRA PACK HAS BEEN ACTIVATED!!!

I REPORTED THE MATTER AND TOLD THEM TO GIVE ME MY COMPLAINT NUMBER.....
CUSTOMER CARE PPL WERE RUDE AND REFUSED TO LODGE ANY COMPLAINT AND SAID ; HUM KUCH NAHI KAR SAKTE AAP HI DHAYAAAN RAKHAIN''
BUT KISS BAAT KA DHAYAAN RAKHAIN???

I CALLED THE AT 1:15 AM ON 20TH SEP 2009( IF THIS COMPLAINT REACHES SOME HIGHER OFFICIALS KINDLY CHECK THE CONVERSATION AND THE RUDENESS OF COSTOMER CARE)

NOONE WILL GO TO HE COURT FOR 20 BUCKS!!
BUT THIS IS UNFAIR TRADE PRACTISE!

Reliance GSM — DEDUCTION FROM BALANCE

My name is Narendra Parmar resident of Daman. I have just started using Reliance GMS Service with Mobile No. [protected] and within few day on 29/11/2009 Rs. 30 wad deducted from my balance against Mobile Radio Facility on my mobile without my request.

On contacting the customer care I requested to refund the balance deducted, they refused to do so because according to them the facility was activated on my confirmation which is absolutely false.

Then after the same day I informed about the matter to Reliance Customer Care Email ID : [protected]@relianceada.com, but till today there is no response from Reliance Customer Care.

I don't know why do they call CUSTOMER CARE where customers are treated like that and no care is been taken.

Please look into the matter for necessary action and Hoping for something really good.

Reliance GSM — Deduction of Balance even after complaints registered with the company

Dear Sir

On 20th Oct 09 i got a message saying 'You have been successfully subscribed to the money saver pack for unsubscribe please send 'unsubscribe' on 1710(toll free)' and fot the same sevice Rs.49 was deducted from my balance.

within 15 min i sent a msg on the 1710 for un-subscription subsequently.

Then next day morning i called up the customer care and complaint for the same but to no avail the service did not deacivated and next month in Nov'09 again Rs.49 was deducted from my balance.

I sent my complaint to customer care 7-8 times but nobody is listening, my balance is deducted two times for the same bogus service.

Customer care people are saying that 'the service was activated from your side' which is not true moreover i logged a complaint after first deduction that please deactivate the service my balance was deducted again.

Please help me out as every month as i recharge over Rs.100 my balance is deducted which is very painful as i have to get the recharge one at a very regular and short period of time.

This is to bring to your notice that Relaince Mobile Service is the worst service ever I experienced.
They unecessarily deducts amount from account for additional services which I never requested.

Requesting to all my dear freinds please do not go for this service, if anyone using it just switch of to another service

dear sir/ma'am my complaint is about the deduction of balance.. i recharged my account by the unlimited sms pack of 39rs on 8th feb nd on 16th, but when i do msgs its charged by 1paise/sms and also there is a daily deduction of 3rs from my main balance..
i called many times to customer care on *333 or*222 but its unable to connect..
kindly please resolve the problem as soon as possible..

I have deducted my rs.30/- balance for a cricket service activate, but i did not request for any kind of request for any services..kindly take necessary action for this. and refund my account balance.

Reliance GSM — without my knowledge balance amount has been deducted

I am quite fed up with this Reliance services. First of all, without my knowledge there is a service activated on my number [protected]. And when i was trying to call one of there representative named hardeep sigh, He simply put me on hold and disconnect it after 15 minutes. What the Cheap thing these service providers are doing these days.

And when i called again on 198, there was a hardeep singh again and then i said to him please connect to your one of the supervisor, then again he put me hold again for more than twenty minutes and there is no answer from there side. In india there is no customer satisfaction only companies satisfaction is there. And this is quite irritating and no one pick up the phone even after 30 minutes. I want to sue both of this hardeep singh and there supervisor and also reimburse my money that has really a very irresponsible person regarding there duties.


If you can help me in this regard then i will be very thankful to you.

again my balance has deducted and a Cricket Montly pack has started in my no. they has dedect 3Rs balance and give me 3days valadity
and if i will again fill balance they will again
deduct the balance. the pack is rs 30rs

so sir please again help me otherwise i shourly change my service provider

I have not subscribed any facilities from Reliance GSM prepaid service, but they are deducting money from my prepaid balance without my knowledge. And when i am complaining about it to their costumer care they are telling yes we have deducted this from our system without your knowledge but we can not refund it. This is happening to almost all reliance costumers. Is this the way to cheat their costumers?

kal (4/04/2011) mine 30 rupees ka recharge karya tha

uske baad mera bal Rs.24.51 tha or aaj (5/05/2011) 3.00 duphar tak yahi bal tha jab mine 8.00 baje apna bal chek kiya toh usme Rs.4.51 the

mine koi servise bhi nahin activate kara waye fir bhi mera balance deduct hua hai .

mujhe abhi tak yeh nahin batya gya ki mera balance q deduct hua hai

plss mera bal. mujhe waps kare

My mobile no is [protected]. Balance deducted Rs 20 in 14 May 2011 for Cricket pack. I have not called/ activated this services. Reliance automatic activate this type of services and deduct balance. After complain they are saying that i activate it by myself. this things is very unfair. i request to consumer forum to take action in this complain.

I had compliant regarding balance of Rs 183/- have been deducted from My account & Compliant No are :[protected] &[protected].
I clled your call centre regarding deduction of my balance they said that I downloaded Games but I didn`t download any Game of Subscribed any services
Please refund the balance to my Acoount . I had Mobile Gprs Plan for 3 gb, whenever I browse net amount have deducted form my Main balance.

Reliance GSM — balance got deducted without my knowledge

Hi,
I am using Reliance gsm from one year([protected]), 4 months later my account balance showed zero balance, I called customer care and made a complaint but was of no use.after a few days got the same problem again.but after that it was working fine. But recently from 2 weeks am facing this problem again. I recharged my account with Rs 50 for two times in last two weeks and all of my account balance got deducted. customer care says that I have subscribed to xyz package which I have actually not. and they don't return my money.
In such a case I have no where to go, the only option I am left with is to change my service provider.
