[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Extra Bill after asking to terminate the connection | |||
Dear Sir/ Madam, Myself Narendra Kumar, i had a reliance Netconnect connection . In January my device got damaged and took it to reliance outlet and they said it will charge around 800.Rs , so i told to cancel the connection as i dont want to continue with reliance because of its bad services. After four months they have sent me a bill of Rs.2500 and asking for payment else legal notice will be sent . Then one of representative called and asked for payment and i said the issue . What he said was the request has been taken for safe custody and not for cancellation. So its not my mistake for what happened and i said since january i had not used any data so that i can pay only january bill. He said fine and i cleared the amount. Again after one month one of member of lok adalath called and asking for payment else legal will be proceeded. I dont understand why this reliance is acting like this in all cases. Simply adding some pakcs and deducting money from mobile balance and sending bill for which is not used . Please do the needfull. Was this information helpful? | |||

I am use a reliance net connect connection but his connection is very low i am complaind 5 time to reliance but no result and my credit limit is Rs2500 but my bill jenrate is Rs3400 so i complain you please responce me. Dear Customer,

Reliance — after terminate number bill are coming
DEAR SIRMY TWO NUMBER WAS RUNNING [protected] RCIL A/C RIS[protected] AND SENCOND IS [protected] RCIL A/C RIS[protected] BUT I GIVE THE REQUEST TO TERMINATE MY BOTH NUMBERS IN THE MONTH APRIL. AFTER TERMINATION REQUEST I PAY THE BILL AMMOUNT OF THE BOTH BILLS. NO DUES STAND IN OUR ACCOUNT. BUT THIS MONTH AGAIN THEY SEND THE BILLS OF MONTHLY RENT, WHEN I CLOSED MY NUMBER AND NO OUTSTANDING OF ANY CALL SO, WHY I WILL PAY MONTHLY RENT. AFTER MY REQUEST SO MANY EXQUTIVE CALL ME TO RUN THE NUMBERS AND THEY TRY TO SATIFICE ME BUT I REFUSED, NOW IT IS FOR YOUR KIND INFORMATION THAT I HAVE NO NEED OF THIS CONNECTION AND I WILL NOT PAY ANY RENT UNNESSARAY.IT IS A
