[Resolved] Reliance Communications — GSM sim registration failed & also not showing properly in the reliance system for prepaid connection [protected] on my name | |||
Hi myself Ashok Khipal using Reliance GSM prepaid connection [protected] & [protected]. I dont know why my sim registeration failling again for [protected] & also showing properly in the reliance system on my name.I contacted reliance customercare so many times through emailed,telephonically & personaly for this issue.But I have not recieved not any response & action taken in this regard till today from the side of Reliance Communications. prepaid Sim - reliance — Not Proper Response
The Reliance Communications in Tambaram is really of poor in customer services. No seriousness and responsible towards their work. I bought a sim this monday evening and submitted all document the same time. And also recharged for Rs.100 knowingly that I wont get any talk time,today is wednesday still i didnt get activated or no movements in the sim. When i tried reaching,they speak rudely and harshly. I dont mind how they speak,but I want my sim to be activated immediately.. Will that be done or not?
