[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Higher rate charges against plan stv 59 | |||
My query i have recharge rs 59 for calling rate all india & all line rs. 30 paise per mintue, company deduct my amount rs .40 paise in std & local .30 paisa i call from yesterday to today up to 6 time but no body give response & when i call every time cust care executive say our system not working & updation, so what, i come & repair your systems or any think i do i received one sms from relaince in sms writen your all call charges .30 paise & std with cap of 750 min, i have 10 connenction in MP & GUJ company give talk manner with your employee i dissconnted all no. & switch with other service provider & some boby of reliance talk with me miss-commnication, i m relay very feed up with attitude of reliance company, & as per company employee no body have fear of indian coumer court or other like TRAL all are u go any where, i have a sattlement process hum sub dekh lege give me reply Was this information helpful? | |||

i facing so many problem with rcomm, i register my complain on 27.05.12 but up till still not reply or not take any action on that,
or mujhe ye samaj me nhi aa raha he ki rcomm ka system itna week he ki rate kuch or bolte or deduct kuch or karte or baar baar phone karne pr bhi, customer ko hi bola ja je ki ap ka rate right cut ho raha
i call [protected], at 27.05.13 & calling time 2.35 cut amount 1.2, than again i call same no in eve after consult your team but condition same ( i use 2.07 min ) & ded 1.20 rs,
& i call 28.05.13 eve 7.2 min i use cut amount 3.2 rs.
all details i give so many time i think 8 customer care & 1 supervisor but i think all hope customer is fool so make his fool
on more i see my deduct every time & that's why i complain so many time but so many people not see, to kya ap wo condition me unka paisa return karte he apni side se

Reliance — CUTTING more charge of rates
i am customer of reliance GSM, in tripura, my phone no. [protected]. i have 91 rupees balance on previous day but in morning i chaked my balance it was 56 rupees only.i complants more time in customer service but not response.
