Reliance Communications — ACTIVATION OF OF SWEET SMS SERVICE WITHOUT SUBSCRIBERS CONSENT

I am Reliance GSM customer with mobile No [protected]. On 22 Nov 2010, at about 8 pm, I got a SMS "Dear subscriber, you have been successfully subscribed to Sweety SMS service at Rs.30 for 30 days". The service was automatically activated without any request or without my consent. I called to the customer care on 198 with a request to deactivate the said service and to refund Rs.30/-. The customer care executive said that it was requested by me itself. This is ridiculous. A few days back I faced the same problem on another issue. I am sick of this kind of service from reliance. Please investigate this matter and please let me know how to refund the amount.
