Reliance Communications — without information autorenewal of My sms pack | |||
on 15 of July my 19rs SMS pack is complete..and that day my balance was low...yesterday i.e. 16 of July i was recharge for 39rs SMS pack..and also recharge with 50rs for BALANCE but in night Reliance company is activate my 19rs pack..without any information.... and then i call to 198 for complain the customer care Executive tell me that this is not possible to register the complain because the pack is auto renewal ..then i was say that refund my 39 rs money but the person cut my phone.. plz tell me what should i do...?
