Reliance Communications — LAND LINE problem

i am using a reliance land line from last 5 yrs .i have called all the outlets of reliance web world but none have a replacement for my land line.my land line has broken down and from last 2 months i am paying the rental for no service as i am not able to make any calls.

i want some one from reliance to call me in this regards....and help me as i have to get a new landline and i am ready to pay for it ....
