Reliance Communications Limited — poor behavior, poor service | |||
Hello Sir/ mam Myself deepak, few days back i purchased new connection in reliance..i have submitted all my documents which are required for new connection..almost 5 days are passed but they are not doing anything..whenever i used to call in customer care everytime they say that your connection will activate in 24 hours.. at last when i got tired i told them that i will lodge complain in indian consumer forum .A person from customer care replied u do whatever you want to do your connection will not be activated, in addition to this he said if you want to lodge complain in indian consumer forum i don't care. Because of new connection only i purchased new CDMA mobile.i will disclose the name of that person ..details of that person are as follows Name: Mr sunny(from customer care) phone no-[protected] plz help me ..this person don't have manners to speak with customers My details Ph-[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
