[Resolved] Reliance Communications Limited — Regarding deactivation of all VAS and Caller tunes and also DND | |||
I had mailed thrice to Reliance Customer Care through mail ID (('rcomappellateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.Com'; 'rtlappellateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.com'; 'president.[protected]@relianceada.com'; 'anil.[protected]@relianceada.com'; '[protected]@relianceada.com')) but till now my issue is unresolved. I am unable to deactivate all VAS and Caller tune etc from my MDN [protected], also I am unable to get any help from customer care as most of the time its busy. Kindly deactivate all VAS and any other such related services from my MDN, also apply for DND. Kindly give a call of confirmation after it is done. For that I shall be very thankful to you.
