Wrong billing for R World - Reliance Communications Dear Sir/Madam, This is in ref. customer care- supervisor Piyali / Rajesh . on 29/08/13 In my bill no.[protected], against my mob no. [protected] , RIM has charged me for download of 1 games worth Rs 49/-. I am not open the site. i call to your customer care and ask them about that detail. they unable to give any details. i request them to give a complain number. also they do not give any complain no. I had requested your supervisor to reverse these charges as I could not use it, hence need you to reverse these charges asap.
