[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Reliance Walky Phone Out of Order

My Reliace Walky No. [protected] is out of order for last 15 days, i.e. from 24/25 of April, 2010. Inspite of paying the bill time to time, a balance amount is always added in the bill and after communication with them in phone they start the services.
Please arrange to do needful at the earliest possible.
