[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Excess Payment Not Refunded

Address:Mumbai City, Maharashtra

Reliance Communication is Cheating People

Mr. Deepak Sonawane,

Now why are you quite on the issue of refund? Is there anyone in your company who can give me proper reply when will I get my refund or you want me to file police compalin for cheating the customer for taking excess payment from customers and enjoy and do not bothered to settle the account.

I have even lodged the compalin on Indian Consumer forum and all my emails are attached to them. This is for your information.

Regards

Shailesh Vakil

Mr. Deepak Sonawane,

What is the status of refund? How long you will take to settle the account. If the customer do not pay ontime your people will call 10 times in a day and even people are send home to collect the payment without any prior notice at any time. This is not acceptable at all. Kindly arrange to refund the excess payment immediately oe else get ready to meet in consumer court and all the expenses born by me will have to be debited to Reliance.

Regards

Shailesh Vakil

Dear Dhiraj Sonavane,

As my card is already terminated why the excess amount collected by your company is not yet refunded back. When collection payment is to be done your people will call 10 times in a day but when refund is to be given why your people are silent on the issue. I am marking every copy of mail to accounts deprtment also than why they are sleeping over the issue and not replying at all. I cant wait now. If I will not get refund by the end of this week the matter will be referred to consumer court and all the related expenses will be to Reliance account which please note.

Dear Abid Sayyed/Naresh Gaikwad,

Regret to inform you that no reply is received so far from your end. It is really shocking that India's no. 1 company behaves like this. Please respond to my email and also arrange to refund the excess amount collected from me wrongly by your people. It seems that I will have to approach consumer court for my money.

Shailesh Vakil

Dear Mr. Abid Sayyed/Naresh Gaikwad,

Please find attached my latest bill which clearly shows credit balance of Rs. 339/-. I want to say one thing that when I went to cancel my data card at your retailer Ran Impex Inc, Reliance Web world Express I was being told that I have to make payment of Rs. 720/ so that the account will be settled and the data card will be cancelled. I say that Reliance is cheating the customer by taking double money. Kindly refund the balance amount to me immediately and cancel the card. I will not pay any more amount now. Copy of latest bill is attached as a proof of cheating.

Kindly reply within 7 days of receipt of this email or else I will give all this email correspondence to Media and go to consumer court at your cost. How much time you will take to cancel one data card?

Regards

Shailesh Vakil
