Dear Sir, We would like to inform you badlapur near water supply office last 10 days .We are suffering very big networking problem also we registered complain to you side but reliance company not taken serious action and his networking department call to me and they are calling for the formalities and they have cancelled my old complain no.[protected] and given new complain no.18327839 BOTH COMPLAIN STATUS REMAIN SAME BADLAPUR NO.1 GHATIA NETWORK IS RELIANCE GSM And most important good new i am taken my new m.no.[protected].As on[protected] last 7 days we are making many complain but is this stage reliance company sending bill to me and say last bill date is 4-8-2012 august. I have registered my complaint of severe networking problems through Customer Care Service from last 20 months, every time i am assured that the network problem has been solved, but no problems has been solved and only wrong messages, i have also requested the officer to come and personally check whether the problem has been resolved, till date nobody has visited the place . I want to register the complaint through yopu as there is no scope or option left . I have also sent email. to Mr. Narendra Raheja and Mr. Tilak Chatterji on 07/04/2010.
