[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Forced subscription to services | |||
I recieved a message saying "Your subscription to Music Station has been renewed at Rs. 30 for 30 days. To unsubscribe send Unsub 1945 to 155223" On sending Unsub 1945 to 155223 it says "Dear Customer, this pack does not exist. Please send request again with correct keyword" I have never subscribed to this service in the first place, let alone renew it. On calling customer care today I have been told that "Our systems are slow today". This is complete fraud on part of Reliance and is resulting in major waste of time for me. I hadn't subscribe forany service, as customer care people only checked n told me n iam also sure about it.. but from the last four months they always cut Rs.100.00 from my balane for the sake of which service i only don't know. i talked to their customer care many time but i never got any satisfactory response from them.everytime they are telling our system operation is not working.n one more important thing they have information only for 3 days n after 3 days they are telling sorry we don't have data with us now. u shuld call within 3 days.what feeling iam getting they r more busy, everytime we r calling n they r telling one or the other reasons.as though we r free, we don't have any work to do and with that they r deducting my money also. I am totally fedup with this. Please help me.

I hadn't subscribe for 51234 service, i never use it. but from the last one month they always cut Rs.10.00 from my balane for the sake of this service. i talked to their customer care many time but i never got any satisfactory response from them. They gave me some number to unsubscribe this service but each time i got null response. I am totally fedup with this. Please help me.
