Reliance Communications — problem in transferring of my number to postpaid

Dear Team,

i am a Reliance prepaid user from last five years......
now i want to convert my number to postpaid..i have submitted my documents
on 25th of feb, 2013.. but my number is not transferred yet to postpaid...
now i spoke to Mr khalid. (srinagar). i told him that if this no. will not be converted...
then please send me my documents back.but he also didnt gave a proper response...

Now please look into the matter and do the needful...
