I am still waiting for a resolution. 1month after lodging the complain I have got a call from reliance stating that its their mistake and they are sorry for it, but they cannot do anything as my services are disconnected. Now they want me to take a new conn from them and pay for the installation charges. They are not even ready to waive off the installation charges for the mistake they have done.. This is insane, can some one take action against this company...

Reliance Communications — Broadband Issue
My Name is Anil Kumar Tatipaka, I would like to register a complaint on Reliance Communications.I have took a broad band connection from reliance, my subscriber ID is :[protected], my connection is terminated with out my knowledge on[protected], when i called customer care they say that my connection was already terminated on 4-8-2011 as per my request for cancellation placed on[protected]. However, i have called back on 3-8-2011 to stop my cancellation request after that i have used broadband for more than 1month till 22nd sep'11. I have paid the bill aswell, but reliance says that they have already cancelled services on 4th aug'11 and will not re-activate my services again. They are asking me to take a new connection instead of activating the old one. This is causing a lot of inconvenience to me and they are not even giving me proper details to complain.
