Hi this is Vishal Bhardwaj and my reliance broadband is[protected]. This is to inform that reliance technical team are cheating me from past 1 month. On 6 November 2012, I changed my internet plan from WICMA99CB to Internet Plan Thunder 2 Mbps Quarterly which is unlimited. What they did is they converted my plan to thunder 2Mbps pan in documentation only and didn't changed in back-end service side. As my previous internet plan was WICMA99CB has a download speed of 1Mbps upto 1800MB thereafter 300kbps . I get to know when my internet data usage exceed 1800 MB and thereafter I am getting 300kbps. Also I got sms on the day from reliance when i exceeded data usage 1800 MB.
From the day of activation of Thunder plan 2 Mbps , I am facing problem of slow internet issue. I registered complain so many times but still they didn't able to solved it. I am not expectation from reliance technical team of such mistake which I caught when my internet data usage exceed 1800 MB. My registered complain are[protected] ,[protected] ,[protected] ,[protected] ,[protected] ,[protected] and[protected].
