Reliance Communications — Reliance CDMA - unnecessary VAS service activated without my concern

Sir, No action has been taken by you against my complaint undermentioned VAS service charges one week has been passed so please do the needful otherwise i have to go for other action so please refund my account balance without any delay My complain is that Reliance service has activated various VAS in my phone, Reliance CDMA number [protected] : [protected] VAS TechzoneSMS S charged Rs 10 and these following two service were regularly deducting money from my account VAS Altruist Subsc charged Rs 5 VAS ShemarooVP charged Rs 5 and so on... All these activations were without my knowledge and consent. I want all VAS services deactivated and also charged amounts to get refunded to my balance as I never approved such activation and instead was harassed of such regular automated activation against my will. They should not be activate any VAS service in future if it does i have to go for new mobile service provider
