[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Tower is not working without electricity since 1 year

Dear Sir,

I am using Reliance GSM & CDMA Number. My all friends also using same but living at Motadhak , Nundpur, Mawakot & Padampur ( Kotdawara, Uttrakhand ). But at this location No Reliance Tower is available or Tower is not working properly. So that our all Reliance Numbers are Useless. needful.we are waiting for good communication. Kindly do it. Reliance — Reliance Tower Not Working

i am a reliance gsm user from anantnag....Reliance is a good communicating network.....i have enjoyed it alot..
but from last one year we shifted to a village namely anchidoora azadpora anantnag......there is a tower which is not functioning properly.....whenever the electricity goes off....the network automatically goes very weak.............and sometimes no network is found............so this is a great problem to all reliance users of this village...
So, i request u to solve this problem as early as u can...to save ur customers....and ur name......

we Are facing the same problem again i m fedup with this company... there is nobody in this reliance company who can help us... All are working only for pay in Reliance and nothing else... from 2011 we are facing network problem during absenty of electricity when the tower is 10 footsteps after my house... plz help us our Doongle, 3g packs, net packs, unlimited talking packs are useless because of no network...i have talked many times to our Tower head (ZSM) AFROZ AHMAD (cell number +[protected]) but he is ignoring us... I ThinK this AFROZ AHMAD is not any Tower engineer he is anything else... Our ZBM ARSHID AHMAD (cell number [protected]) He is in waiting from last 5 days an is not recieving our call... they are working only for pay... our J&K Head VIVEK JASROTIYA (cell number [protected]) also not receiving our call... our tower is working only on electricity... i think i m working as caretaker of reliance when i call them our network system resumes when i don't then we are without network...many Relaince teams visited the spot earlier they also had done nothing... now tell us what to do???????...
