Reliance Communications — Unauthorized charging

Hi Reliance GSM,
I'm aditya using Reliance Mumbai No.: [protected]
on 11/01/2013 09:33:29 i've recharged my Mobile No. [protected] with 178 to get 20GB data with 2G speed.
on 11th and 12th it was working fine with nominal speed of 2G.
on 13th January all of a sudden all my internet browsing start deducting Main account balance.
I've contacted Customer Care of Reliance, some of really ridiculous responces i've encounter with are:
(1) you have consumed your 20GB.
(2) your recharge got failed and your money has been debited to your account.

Now let me tell you Reliance i've picked up 2G plan not 3G, even 48 hours of 2G browsing will not able to consume even 1GB of data,
and u saying after two days recharge getting failed!, no words....

i kept on calling and finally they registered my complain:
The Content of the message i've got:
Dear Customer, thank you for contacting Reliance. Your Service request no. is[protected]. Your request
will be resolved in the next 2 Days
Time: 13/01/2013 10:04:21

Kindly plz escalate and solve the issue ASAP.

Most of the Rcom Care talk like this that your recharge has been debited...
