Reliance Communications — UNWANTED MONEY DEDUCTION

Hello,I am Umesh Dadhich from Ajmer Rajasthan .I want to lodge a complaint against Reliance GSM Mobile Services Rajasthan. Yesterday evening I had done a recharge of rs. 200. on my daughter's phone number [protected]. Today without any information they have deducted around 75 rs. from the main balance. There is previous history of Reliance cutting the balance without any reason for many of my friends phone numbers and they always warn me not to do any recharge of a big amount to avoid unwanted balance cut by Reliance. I hope the concerned authorities will look into the matter and solve it by refunding the deducted amount as soon as possible. Hoping for a swift action. Thanks.

In reply to (53739) message 14/12/10 04:38pm the required message was booked which was reported successfully delivered 18/12/10 10:02pm.
On 19/12/10 two messages from 51234 19/12/10 08:15am were found on my mobile [protected] I was confused because only last night unwarranted SMS pack was got deactivated and now caller tone has been slapped. I rang 198 but fruitless. This resulted negative reply to both SMS from 59111. I had a very tough experience of 198 since 14/12/10 either they get mom….or say” your voice is interrupting”. After several efforts on 16/12/10 I could know about the SMS pack which was got deactivated on18/12/10 but about Rs.3.00 (three) short of balance found on 15/12/10 is still unsolved.
Your 198 insist on the SMS been booked from my mobile which I sternly deny because the caller tone needs liking of the customer. There were four types of caller tones given in SMS from 51234 19/12/10 08:15am.Had the consumer given his choice that might have been shown on consumer’s SMS but 198 failed to give the version of consumer’s SMS. More-over SMS from 51234 was booked 19/12/10 08:15am whereas consumer’s choice on the same day and the same time was delivered successfully to 51234. Is it possible? (Liars do not have memory).
Because you have an intention to give the better service I am sending these details to you and request you to get all of the unwarranted pack etc if still standing on my mobile [protected] be deleted and the amount deducted up to date be refunded.
