Reliance Communications — Unwanted Service Activation | |||
My phone number is: [protected] Iam Anil Dhiman from Chandigarh. Reliance had started an unwanted service on my phone without even asking me. As usual they just message that this service is started on your phone and deducted Rs. 30. This is really embarrassing and stupid. I just recharged my phone and they did this stupid thing. The service they throw on me is: "You have been successfully subscribed to 2nd Life service at Rs 30.00 for 30 days. To un-subscribe SMS Unsub 2033 to 155223 (Toll Free)" What the hell this service is? I even don't know about it what is it for. Talking to your customer care is useless. I am an customer using smart GSM cell(No.[protected] & [protected]) since last 1.5 years. I am receiving message in my no.[protected] from a number(51234) repeatedly since last 1 year , the message detail is- Dear customer your voice pack is due for renewal and company deduct rs.27/- per month from my balance without my permission. I also Tried to contact customer care to complint but failed to contact them.Also message to number 53739 for dact L27 but every time i have received message from company(no.53739) dear business partner your request could not be processed.please try again.we regret the inconvenience.Reliance. Plz help me since I am in a perplexed situation & not finding any way out. Somebody plz help me by show me the way I should follow.
