Reliance GSM — Not Getting UPC Code

currently im the sbscriber of Reliance GSM .... my no. is [protected] i am trying to change my Reliance no.to Aircel from last 10 days but Reliance is not giving me the UPC code i call many time in Reliance cus. care also but they r telling me many excuses as system updatetion n server busy etc. from last 10 days. Evertime when i send sms to reliance for UPC code they dedect each time 1 rupee from my balance.....huh i m tired now my compaln no. is[protected] in Reliance which is not resolve yet. somebody must do against Reliance.... plz help me

I still not received any code from 1901 where i received upc code on my other armirtel connection instantly..

Ps im postpaid customer
