[Resolved] Reliance Communications — wrongly charged and rude behavior | |||
i recharged my reliance number [protected] with 79 night calling pack ( R to R) on 2nd june before recharging i called *333 and asked them clearly that i have 29 voucher activated they told me no problem you can recharge with 79 and i got message after recharging that recharged sucessfully but on the 3rd june when i called reliance number my bal is deducted and i called 198 and asked them is my 79 voucher activated they say yes and i filed complaint with sr no.[protected] on same day for wrong charged, on 4 june i recieved sms we had checked and found all call charged correctly, then i agin called and asked them and after that they again filled my complaint and today i recieved sms agin with same excuse, today when i called 198 and ask them is my voucher activated they answer yes if my voucher is activated so why my balance is deducting for calling reliance number. till now i contact them atleast 50 times but no solution is come. i want solution that either 79 voucher work or they revert back my balance and 79 rs. Reliance GSM — WRONGLY CHARGED
respected sirmy mobile number is [protected]. last month i made a complaint regarding wrongly charged my complaint number was[protected],[protected],[protected]. according to that complaint my complaint was resolved by reliance. and at that time customer care executive said to me that my sms pack has be renewed till 11 september.
but today in morning (6th september) i got an sms that my sms pack has been renewed and deducted my balance . but it has to renewed on 11 september .i am also complaining against network problem from last 3 months. but till now nothing has been done . they even do not register a complaint . i am totally frustrated with reliance services. please look into this matter
