Reliance Communications — Wrongly deducted but not refund | |||
Hi I am Manmohan. & My mobile no [protected]. on 20- May-2013 reliance deduct Rs 40 from my account and when i call them the says that this balance deducted for internet usage but on that time i have also 27 MB data. hello I am Manmohan and my phone no [protected]. and my complaint no is[protected]. On 20 may 43.09 Rupees deducted from my account and i wrote complaint and they give me 48 hours but when after 60-65 hours my compliant doesn't solve and after that when i call to nodal officer (24 May) they says that we will try to refund you balance in short time. but on 24 may i received a call from [protected] (reliance) and they says that you balanced is refund on your account but when i check my balance is not refunded till now? Now what can i do? wrong balance deduced and after given maximum time limit balance is not refunded What is this?
