[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Refund of Deposited amount as security & pending commission

Sir,
My self Davinder Singh Prop. Of M/S Sarvottam Telecom Services. I was working with Reliance communication Ltd.Till March 2008 as a Local Business Associate. My LBA code is [protected].
I was resigned from distributionship of reliance on 10th march 2008 with one month notice period..i have sent so many mails to contact persons but i have still wating for our settlement.circle head gives me committment date 23rd feb 2009 for settlement.but he has fail to fulfill his committment.i have sent to you our resignation copy.also see mails sent by me and received from company.

i think nobody wants to settle my account.i have sending mails to all of you but i do not recieve any detail of my account.circle people don't want to attend my call.i think that is my very big mistake when i joint with RELIANCE COMM.if you have not any intrest in my account settlement and i cannot recieved account settlement detail then my next mail to chairman of Reliance communication. Remeber That my account settlement case pending from Last 11 months.

I would like to bring you notice that I was resigned from Reliance Prepaid PCO distribution business. I was resigned on 10th march 2008 with one-month notice period. I have a receiving of my resignation. I have sending mails continuously for account settlement to contact persons. But I am not received any reply mail for my settlement.

I am totally confused when I received clawback mails from your end. The all expired MDN are which is I received by mail. They are expired from 1st May to 31st October and after my resignation or notice period. So which means that I shall not be held liable for any clawback after 10th April as per company policy.

Sir I am sending to you receiving of my resignation. as per company statement I will not liable for any claw back till 31st march 2008. I am just liable for claw back 1stApril to completion of notice period.

So now I will again request to you please settle my account as early as possible to remember my resignation or notice period date.



Please don’t give me mentally harassment
Settle my account as early as possible.
