Reliance Data Card — Incorrect Recharge Value

Every month I get my PREPAID Reliance Data Card rechareged for Rs.404/- and I get Rs.359.56 as an access value. This I have been doing for the past 6-7 months. But on 08.01.09 when I got it recharged, I got only Rs.7.56 as an access Value. When I complained this to Reliance Helpline at *333 vide my complaint No.85518348 Dt.10.01.09, they admitted the mistake and assured that my complaint will be addressed within 2 days. When this not happened till 13.01.09, again I approached them and since then on daily basis I get same reply of "Our server is down and it will take another 2 days." This I have been told for the past 7 days. Now I am ashamed to be associated with Reliance.
SHOULD I HOPE JUSTICE WILL BE DELIVERED TO ME AT THE EARLIEST?

I am having prepaid data card, every time i used to recharge with Rs.1099 for unlimitted uses. But after 20 days my services had been stopped saying yiou have minus balance.Thers is no mechanisam to see iteam vise billing for the money which i paid.
If i pay for unlimited service how can i have pending dues every month? Though I paid Rs.100 extra to comeout from pending balance for two consucative month, but third time after 20 day they stopped my Net connectivity.
Thier quated no.53535 with net bal sms not giving correct balance.
Should no there have been any system for knowing my billing details? Why they are not informing prior to stopping the sevices?
There is no facility for prepaid customer for registering. Where to go?

I m having prepaid datacard . I recharged Rs. 1099 for one month unlimited excessing and downloading.I get Rs. 996.37 as an access value. I m asking u could i access one month by this 1099 recharge? I have recharged on 28/08/09. plz reply as soon as possible to my email address.
I am having prepaid data card, every time i have to recharge by paying cash at weborld showroom. Is it posible for me to recharge it through credit card.
I had post paid connection of Reliance 1X datacard, which has been misplaced in July end 2009. For the same i have already been talking to Call centre and having correspondence on emails, but till date bill is generated every month without ant usage.

August month bill also shows usage of 30 minutes time, which is surprising and is not yet replied to by RELIANCE.

the same thing happened with me.on 4th jan 2010 i was unable to connect to the internet on enquiring i was told that i have a negative balance, so i recharged with Rs. 200 easy recharge but i got a balance of Rs. 2.32 only so i recharged again Rs. 200. on calling the customer care i was told that my balance was Rs.105.74. So i lodged a complain and was told that balance would be credited in next 72 hours. today when i called them they say my main balance is Rs 105.74 and netconnect balance is 50 hours which is to be used within 11th jan 2010. i told them how can this be possible since i am having a life time connection so all these last day of validity is irrelevant.When i took the connection i was told that the recharge would be just like a mobile recharge and i will get the balance by whatever recharge value i use.

today i regret my decision o[censored]sing reliance netconnect and this is truly miserable of such big a company.they should have proper transparency in telling the terms of the connections.

Please do not take RELIANCEDATA CARD. they are cheating the customers. they are just concerned about the sales. The moment you make the payment for the datacard, you willk realise that you have done the biggest mistake by opting the same.

I have donr that mistake. so wanted to save others.
Pleasde communicate the same to all your friends & colleagues.
I have an Reliance internet data card Broadband+.I tried to recharge it online.But it shows that the bank has denied and can not be processed.Later i tried with another card.It also shows the same.I have balance in both of the accounts.I asked customer service to help.Each said 3 days.But finally they are saying to go to the nearest store.

Reliance Data Card — no access for the past one month but new bill generated

Dear Sir,

my reliance no.[protected]

for the past one and half month i've no net access and your system has generated a new bill for 1918-00 inc.previous dues.
when my credit limit is 3600-00, with out any info.your people disconnected my net access and now the bill is generated for 1918-00.
having no service at all for the past one month or so, is it fair to raise bill for the above amount ?
i have great loyalty towards reliance and hence i approched your stores for help.as they told me they are helpless till first week,i am lodging a complaint here.
please help me by reworking this bill and look at this case on "business ethics"
