Reliance Data Card — Worst Speed

I purchased a Reliance Data Card in the month of july. The hardware cost for the Data Card was Rs. 3000/. The scheme promised, was Rs. 450 monthly rental with first two months rental free. From the first day of activation itself there was connection problem. The same was reported to the vendor who sold me the Data Card. The problem is that the internet is so slaw that it would take minimum of 5 minutes to open a page and majority of times it may not even open the web page. The internet is always down whenever i try logging on. I was promised amazing net speed throughout India and i dont even get connected to the net in a city like Delhi.
Please take some action against them.

I m not AGREE WITH YOUR COMMENT BECAUSE I M USING THE RELIANCE DATA CARD FROM LAST TWO YEARS I M NOT FACING ANY PROBLEM.Y i M NOT FACING ANY PROBLEM BECAUSE I PURCHASE THIS DATA CARD FROM RELIANCE SHOP ITSELF.So i suggest to every body i[censored] want purchase any thing pls purchase from that shop which product u want.And what more reliance is proving on site support also.And reliance new customer care no is[protected].only applicable in delhi. 10 to 6pm online trouble shooting or any complain.u will get the resolution with in 24 hours
My self Dhirendra kumar i'm using a data card of huwai EC352 model.my data card is not working so i check out the data card from service center but they can't able to help me .they give me the DOA certificate of data card.And the reliance web world customer care executive said to me the particular data card model is not available since one month ...so plz help me regards...

I have reliance data card. when i installed it working for one day the next day it is not working.
Again I removed and installed the data card software from my vista os. Again it is working for one day.
this problem is coming frequently . Can any body help me what is the problem
I bought netconnect Huwaii EC1260 broadband + card. It worked fine for two days. After that it was deactivated due to verification broblem. When the verification was done, it was activated from server end. However I am not able to work as whenever I connect the data card it give error "device is disconnected or is unavailable". Its like the data card is totally hang or something. And the signal strength is always 0- or no signal, there is a cross mark.

Everyone I spoke with in Reliance has got the same steps : start computer again/uninstall/reinstall. But none of them have been fruitful.

No Idea how to go about it. Vendor from whome I purchased has stopped picking my phone. Wrote many emails to datasupport email, called thousand times to customer care...

the services what reliance offers are very good.
since from 3+ years i was using cdma1x reliance card it was good and recently i bought wireless broadband+ from reliance thats really wonderful.
no interruption in between like other service providers speed is superb waah!
am sharing internet through lan for 13 systems its superb...

Every telecom provider of these data cards is these days overselling their capacity. So the data cards work but the speeds are no way near the broad band speed promise... its good for any general browsing, but for any serious work, its useless.. i am seeing speeds not more than 5KB/sec to 10KB/sec which is NO WAY near to broad band... its like ordering a PIZZA and getting a chapatti ( that too without a butter).

I have not stopped at this. I complained to reliance and their response is sick. They tell me that the area has a large number of concurrent users.. but i see this in several cities as i travel

I have decided to escalate to their appellate officer (Rcomnodalofficer.[protected]@relianceada.com). Surprisingly they have not responded...

I am following and if needed will go to consumer court... they are cheating users like us.. they advertise broadband speed and what we get is less than 10% of what is advertised...

So users.. DO NOT just tolerate but do something about it
