[Resolved]  Reliance Digital Retail Limited — CHEATING OF CUSTOMERS

I HAVE PURCHASED THE MICRO OVEN SAMSUNG M.W.O 73 VD / GRIL ON DATED 24/01/2010 FROM RELIANCE DIGITAL LTD., CUNNIGHAM ROAD, BANGALORE - 52. ON THE BOX THE MRP WAS MENTIONED RS. 5,890/- BUT THEY HAVE CHARGED EXCESS RS. 100 AND I GOT SCRATCH CARD RS. 300/- THAT ALSO THEY HAVEN'T GIVE. SO PLEASE KINDLY TAKE NECESSARY ACTION, THIS IS THE SECOND REMINDER.

Reliance Digital Retail Limited — Delay in Service & replacement of faulty spare parts by more than 4 months

I had purchased the water purifier from RRL on 30th April, 2009 vide Invoice no: C2004 #0042. The warranty provided by RRL was for a period of 1 year.
During the warranty period itself, there were two ocassions of malfunctioning of the purifier (one was related to UV lamp functioning and the other automatic purification device). For the first defect replacement was provided by RRL.
But for the second defect, since I had lodged the complaint (no: 1204622) with RRL in November 2009, there has been no action to rectify the problem, despite my repeated calls to the service centre and the concerned engineer. Each and everytime assurances given by the service centre managers are just unfulfilled. There is no channel for further escalating the problem and it appears they don't have a process of looking and addressing the long pending service requests of the customer, which causes severe trouble and dissatisfaction to the customers which leads to a regret feeling of having purchased the products from such a false assurance giving orgaz instead of direct company showrooms. In this case, service warranty has been provided by RRL only and not the Kent Company.

Pl help in either getting my money back for the purifier purchased so that I can go back to direct company product or pl instruct RRL for rectification of the problem and also compensation for the time and energy spent in frequently moving around such irresponsible executives employed by RRL.
