Dear Sir/Madam, Just chasing the Relaince and their Reward Point scheme for the unexpected delay in reedeming the reward-check on behalf of the Nokia E-63 ourchase on Sept 5, 2010. First of all, there was no such information being told to me to attach the original invoice along with the coupons (for Reward Cheque via Travel Port), secondly there is no response from the Travel-Port team also. And now at the end of an another month (50 plus days gone in wait..), there is no information from any of the parties. Its highly disappointing in terms of the customer service & support.
