Reliance General Insurance — claim didn't get 1 yrs pending | |||
Sir my reliance gernal insurance policy number [protected] in name of sumit goyal didnt get claim amount . its has been alraedy 1 yrs and the time i call them they only say that they will let me know and reliance people say talk to TPA but i didnt take policy from tpa , I can say very very poor service and sir advice me should i file case againsts them . sir my name is nayan s shah.My policy no is1602/[protected] my claim no is5410644 i cant recived my partly claim amount from one and half month after conforming yours officers and panel docters tooat ur naranpura /Ahmedabad offce.i call them they only say that they will let me know andreliance people say talk to TPA but i didnt take policy from tpa, I can say very very poor service and sir advice me should i file case againsts them .

Reliance General Insurance — REFUSING CLAIM OF ACCIDENTAL CAR
DearSir,my car was gt damaged from an accident on 01/12/2010 but reliance genral insurance is refusing to give the claim and saying that it is a old case .
Pls help.
