Dear Sir, I had purchased car Insurance Policy for my Honda City Car No. DL 7CF 6532 which is valid upto 20.11.2010 from your Agent (Agency Code 308594). The cheque was given by me in September 2009. The Cover Note No.[protected] was given to me and the agent Mr. Puneet said that the Insurance Policy will reach me within 15 days. But now more than 2 months have passed and the insurance policy has not reached me. I am trying to contact your agent and also your customer care person Ms. Diksha but they are not responding.
