[Resolved]  Reliance General Insurance — policy document not received

i insured my Ford Ikon 2003 Model Car from Reliance General on 01/02/2010 policy no [protected]
the agent gave me the photocopy of policy not original and not even they sent me. in this 90 days i have charged 5 times for the not carrying original insurance documents. i have mailed and complaint about it 7 times they sent me 3 times policy according to company but i didn't received a single document.
they first replied my mail on march 20th my request no was : 01031218.
after that i received a mail again on 31st mach

again i complaint when i didn't received the documents i got another mail on 6th April service request no was : 1080101 and 01083377
again i received a mail from reliance on 14th april

again i complaint and received a mail on 5th May

is this kind of service they provide ?
all the time i checked express it's website and they show courier is delivered.
where ? when ? there is few no of express it's delhi off but nobody pick there.
