Balance Deduction

my name is monish shoaib. my problem is that i hav done recharge of rs 110 and rs 45on 16th may'2012 on sapna singh's mobile no. and from the same day her balance has been deducted continously . i have already complained about this on your costumer care number but no one is receving my call and when take up my call they donot talk. even when i complained through ur online website no action has been taken and no call has been made even when i gave you my mobile no. this is pathetic and annoying behaviour of ur service
i am quite angry and i want you to take quick action over this matter of undue balance deduction without suscribing to any of your services. my customer's number is 9798537238 and my own reliance agency no. is 9905462494 through which i recharged her no.. please contact me on my agency number as soon as possible and solve my problem immediately by refunding her money on her mobile no. 9798537238.

I have activated cricket alerts on my no. 9021707789, but now i want to stop the service. so please help me so that my balance should not deducted in future.

I recived the msg. regarding Radio pack with TOLL FREE no. i Have dailed the no. and call get disconected within 13Sec. and Bal. get dedacted 30Rs. so i cld on the day 10times call get disconected and asked to call transferd to floor Supervisor however call disconected Mr. Abdul Khire (Escalation team ), Mr. Iziyaz

so i want to Action Would be taken Strictely and to getback the Reffand 30Rs.

20 days ago when i had recharged my account with top up of 50rs then same day my balance was deducted by 30 rs for no reasons.

My Mobile no. is "8306376864". I receive some massage daily 2 times like "Thank You For Registration" & i have lost my balance amount 3.00 Rs per sms.

I called to customer care about the same but they said that i cant do any thing about this because this not our services.

I got receive a call from 022-30326200 on 22.07.2011 at 2.00 PM to confirmation for balance will be credited in my account as early as possible today. After 2 hours received a massage also like this !

Dear Customer as per your Sr. no. 157574930 waiver of Rupees 20 is posted in your account but i did'nt get any balance.

Then I called to 198 on evening 7.26 PM about the same then they tell me again that we are forwarding your complain further.

I checked my balance at night again now balance have been credited in my account.

Now I am feeling well.

Dear Sir,

My name is Subrat Nayak and I am a customer of reliance GSM service in chennai circle (mobile no. 7667125038). I have noticed that my balance has been deducted many times without any reason and without any prior notice, and when i contacted customer care, they tell some or other reason and later return the same. I have been complaining time and again for such issues but more frequently I am facing the same problem again. i am not able to contact them most of the times also. I am facing the problem since 2 months and every time the deducted amount is between Rs.10 to Rs.30. Hence I request you to kindly look into the matter and help me in this regard.

My Mobile no. is "9016122852". I received some automated massage like "Thank You For Registration" & i have lost my balance amount 3.00 Rs per sms.

I called to customer care about the same but they said that i send any third party msg.
But i am sure that i could not sent any msg and this mobile is one hand user and who i am then why i accept that i sent any msg.

So. pls give me any solution

Every month I am complaining about my balance deduction, whenever I am calling to customer care they told that its by mistake, I am frustrate with this service. every month balance deduction of more then 500/- is not fare.

Good morning sir/madam,

I am Vijay Gangrade and My number is 7879727476. I am using reliance GSM since last 2 year. But from last 2-3 months my balance is deducting 25 rs in every time when I charged the balance in my sim. I used to request often customer care regarding this problem but got no result. I have never activated any Reliance services. if any of my service activated by Reliance. Please deactivate the services.

Before also Customer care representative assured me they have deactivate my all reliance services but some days later again my balance deducted. thus again I am complaining that they have deducted my total 75 Rs. Within 2 months without any clue.. I am helpless. now I am complaining against this.. even I will not use this no in future..any one can help me out.
Please do the needful and help me.

My mobile number is 8391868722. frequently when recharged my account balance was deducted from my main account balance.When i called to customer care they told me that some service has been activated automatically renewal but a haven't activated any service. if i am not using any service how i pay for that i called to care they told me we cant pay back to you and even they are not accepting my complaint...if my services is automatically renewal without my permission why i pay for that so please deactivate my services and refund my balance...
