[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — message pack

Reliance GSM — don't send any msg.

from last 6 months I can not send any msg.I complained to customer care 4 times but there have no positive response. so,please focus on my problem and recover it as soon as possible.My mob no is [protected].

i live in new delhi. my number is [protected].
i am very upset, behave of reliance customer care,
my problem is i am not send sms in any place, in 25 days i am 5-6 times complained and he
said next 48 hours your complain will be solved and next 48
hours my complained has closed but my complain as it is,
day11 April time 12am-1am i call *333 Reliance customer care call after 20min kameshwer received my call, i have talk to full detail and he said i m only forward your complain,
then i request to pleas i talk to your senior and he transfer the call and
" i licen one man voice he said hello, i am said hello,
sir i am rupesh and u know my problem he said yes i know and,
i said so what you said this problem and he disconnect my phone", next time i will call customer care he said complain has already forward and i am nothing do anything.and he by force cut my
phone my complain no is[protected] ... .any help then call me and
send me email, other wise close this id because this id is store
only complain u don't help any others...

hi sir i was lost my contect details of reliance gsm then i was contect the coustmer care exutive but any one no help me to send me my all incoming and out going calls and mess details during 1 april to 12th april 2010. plz help me and provid me that 12 days incoming n outgoing calls and messege details and send me my id [protected]@yahoo.co.in my ph no is [protected].

sms pack 2
sms pack 3

can you explore about them, with rates applied for subcribing.

plz i activate per day 500 sms 39 plan. so plz what the send sms procced..

you should check your balance and if it is sufficient then there might be some problem in your handset which you are using.
