Reliance GSM Mobile — Billing Procedure And Customer Care | |
Recently I shifted to Reliance GSM Mobile, after the announcement of 'Simply Reliance' Plan. I thought of giving it a try. My Mobile No. [protected] Maharashtra Circle. As claimed by Reliance, they provide 50 Paise/Min call to all the connections. But their billing starts from the time the phone starts ringing. I did herad about this earlier, but thought that probably it starts showing time, but the billing may be adjusted when the call gets completed.They Proved Me Wrong. Suppose if the other person receives call after 20 secs, in that case also I end up paying for those 20 secs. WTF ???? And the Customer Care. When ever I tried contacting them on *333 from my mobile, never reachable. But when I dialled from the land line, it connects on first dial itself. The message displays while dialling from mobile, Network Error. Now the network, Simply Pathetic and not Reliable at all. Call drops. No Network Coverage. Moreover the series '8055' not being able to dialled/reached from landlines. Its hardly 15 Days since I shifted to Reliance and I am already thing of dumping this Box. The same experience i got... The customer care at *333 never respond... they will care for our call but not for our time and patience...
